we both have
been nice. but he takes nice as an invitation to talk FOREVER.
it is
been more and more obvious he has a crush on me. l know my husband has
noticed too.
this neighbor is also married and his wife is always
inside the house mostly.
l can see she does not like it, who the
hell would?
its very awkard, as they live right NEXT to us!!!!
l
can not even park in my own freakin driveway becoz l now know for a fact
that he either is watching me a lot from the window OR he rushes outside
to talk to me.
so now I am looking into getting a 3rd job so l do
not have to be home + lookin into exploring some state property to garden
in PEACE and QUIET w/out feeling my privacy being INVADED man.
yep,
he likes to even take photos of my garden too.

first I would build a fence tall & big enough to keep someone like that

my place so all I can suggest is build an extension to the existing fence
blocking his view go talk with the police telling them when & what is
being done & let them take it from there, as my sister who just so happens
to work for the police department stated ''she has a problem with a stalker
peeping tom & harrasment from another human being & needs to file
charges'' if she wants privacy.

the money, you can place potted flowers & plants that are a couple of feet

high on the ledge. There is still a chance they will tip over, though, &
you won't be able to see through them, which will ruin ur view. You could
build a privacy fence around ur yard instead.

Is ur neighbor creepy, or is he just bored & people watching to pass the
time? Why don't you wave to him, say hi & make small talk for a few
minutes, tell him you hope he has a nice day & that you're going to sit on
ur deck & enjoy some privacy for a while.

Sometimes people come across as bizarre & inappropriate when they're
looking for human contact, & a little kindness goes a long way in
situations like that. If you are friendly for a couple minutes & then
make it clear you're going to enjoy some privacy & quiet time before the
rest of ur day comes at you (or after you've faced the day as the case may
be), I think he will get the hint.

If he doesn't, build that privacy fence or put ur house up for sale. This
might be a problem that you can not solve.
